My name is Dain; I'm a 3rd generation repairman. My dad grew up in my grandpa's appliance repair shop and I grew up in my dad's appliance repair shop. I started fixing appliances in my dad's shop when I was 10 years old. I have numerous certifications and factory trained degrees. With over 35 years of residential and commercial service experience, I have the education and hands on skills to solve your service needs. It will be my pleasure to assist you with your service needs!

Our in house tech is Nathan. He spends a good portion of his days giving free tech support (on the phone or in person here at the shop) to those who want to fix their appliances themselves, helping them figure out how to troubleshoot what parts they need and how to replace those parts. We keep most of the commonly replaced parts in inventory. In his leftover time, he repairs appliances brought in to the shop by customers and and tries to keep up with the ever growing collection of appliances brought here for recycling. If he has any left over time - he refurbishes used appliances for us to sell.
